For me, fitness has always been about improving myself; slowly chipping away my doubts, and unearthing the potential I know I’ve always had. The joy of discovering how much you can progress and accomplish is what first drew me to personal training. What seems unattainable can almost always be achieved with hard work, consistency, and the right guidance. Watching my clients overcome their challenges time and time again is truly a rewarding experience for the both of us.

Having trained at gyms like Equinox and Gold’s Gym, I know how much more beneficial it can be to work with an independent trainer. Personal trainers at chains not only have to train their clients, but they also have the added pressure of meeting their monthly sales quotas. That means more time selling, and less time putting your goals first.
As a certified personal trainer and powerlifting coach that has worked with clients of all ages, I am ready to take on whatever fitness goals you have your heart set on achieving.
